This is not a meme but a lot of fun. It started couple of days ago when London dropped in front of me while I was planting forest on my little hill. She was in a mission…. errrrr… ok, we'll call it a mission… of hugging all of her friends in a row. That's how it all started.
If you missed to know London, she's a person who is always late, always short on time and always running. (Lately, I think she is doing that on purpose just to tease us more.) So, bitten by consciousness, she had to hug all of us that showed bolded on her friends list. Sure she failed in her mission. Quickly after she showed up in the forest, I used the opportunity, grabbed and restrained her so I can have her for myself. Disclaimer for all of your dirty minds: We had a coffee and a regular afternoon girlish chit-chat, nothing from the repertoire that is running through your brains when you see the word restrain. But, you have to tie up London even for a simple coffee.
Anyway, idea of hopping the map and hugging your friends sounded nice and holidays are coming close… so….
You are invited to join the action, and between Dec 31st and Jan 2nd, open your map visibility to all of your friends so they can jump on your head from the sky, or hump you from the back in some dark alley or just elegantly TP in front of you and hug you. You are also encouraged to fight to stalk your friends all over the grid, jump on their heads, hump, hug and use the moment of surprise in any way you find appropriate.
Sure, you are also invited to spread the word so we have this joyful activity all over the grid!
Last but not the least, here's a little how to set yourself visible for your friends.
- Open your friends list.
- Select those you want to be visible to (As always, ctrl and shift are good to use here).
- Check the Can find me on the world map box (that's the one that arrow points to in the image above).
- Selected friends will have those blue icons with the green dot shown (as in the image above).
- That's it.
Now your friends can open your profile and the button on the bottom that says Find on Map will be enabled so you can go there without asking for a TP and share your love. Enjoy!
Don't forget to hide yourself if you are not in the mood and situation to have surprising visits. And don't forget to take all those permissions back when holidays are over.

And I didn’t fail in my mission… it is only taking me more time that I thinked, but I am already half-way of my friend list…

Can’t we get Pandora to do a hug-only-free-version of the HUD?

Since yesterday, I was afraid somebody whould ask for it :-(
The idea I had this weeks was to give a new, freebie hug for this Christmas to be added to the actual Pandora Hud, but I imagine I can make instead a freebie equivalent of the hud, and maybe some technology update while I am at it *thinks on all the work it means and grunts* :-p.
To be true, the main motive that restrained me to do so it is it could had looked as a way to exploit the nice dandellion’s hug meme for my own benefit; but it is a tempting idea, and you can count with it to be ready on time for it to be my 24th of december Christmas Gift for SL :-)
It just means we will all have to spread the world of the wonderful Pandora HUD! It’s all advertising dearest London… ^_^
Which reminds me I keep meaning to review your HUD for my blog… I think I’ll get on that tonight… ^_^
